Is it better to use public transport or a taxi?

Taxi is the fastest way to get around town in the rush hour (rush hour is from 7h-9h and from 15h-17h). City transport is more environmentally friendly and the city of Zagreb is well connected by tram lines. You can buy tram tickets at stands or from the driver on the tram itself.
